According to Danish site dr.dk/sporten, former super-middleweight champion Joe Calzaghe has offered to help Mikkel Kessler beat Carl Froch on April 24.
Kessler said: "I've only just heard about it, but I'm honored if Calzaghe will help me. If he has something to offer with any trick or idea, of course I am more than happy to listen."
There has been speculation that Calzaghe might be tempted to come out of retirement to take on the winner of the SuperSix tournament.
But Calzaghe, 37, hasn't fought since his career 12-round decision over Roy Jones Jr. in 2008.
