Al was given a surprise honor at the April 26 Tulsa Charity Fight Night, when he was presented with the group's Lifetime Achievement Award. Al served as emcee for that event as he has for 10 other Tulsa Fight Nights. "They surprised me with the award. I was not expecting that. This is an event that raises so much money for worthwhile Tulsa charities, and it's been an honor to participate in that," Al said.
